Map
The planned route is a smidge under 31 miles, and according to MapMyRide has 356 mtrs of climbing, all of which comes before coffee. The route is 'undulating' with a big 'undle' about 1/3 of the way, then flat on the way back. At the moment the forecast is warm and sunny so its a sun block and lots of drink day.
About Sunday morning rides
A pleasant Sunday morning ride, at a modest pace and in good company every other Sunday. Various start points.
This article describes what you should consider bringing with you.
Dear Roger.
May I request that the Sunday to West Dean ride be as straight and direct as possible, particularly when cycling home. Because of any possible heat exhaustion that might occur. Distance shouldn't have to be important in this
heat.
I'll call round on Saturday and you can tell me "where to go"...…………………
Regards. Robin.
