Please note that this ride will start at 9.00 a.m. from The Spring in Havant

A brisk paced hilly ride of over 70 miles. Height gained: approximately 1,200 metres

The ride will head to South Harting and Elsted Marsh before crossing the A272 to head due north via Iping to Milland for coffee. We will then cycle to Gospel Green via Fernhurst and Dial Green. We turn east at Gospel Green to cross the A283. We will loop north at Shillinglee before heading south to Plaistow and Kirdford and then south west to Staples Hill, Balls Cross and Petworth. Lunch will be at The Last Drop Inn before we head west on the A272 for a couple of miles. Left turn at Halfway Bridge to Selham and then west to South Ambersham, West Lavington and Midurst. The route home will be via Bepton and Cocking, or via Treyford, Elsted and South Harting for those heading in the direction of Petersfield.

About Tuesday rides

The Tuesday rides are typically 60-80 miles at a moderately fast pace while maintaining the social nature of the Saturday and Wednesday rides. The rides will start at various locations to be determined by the individual ride leader.
