When starting from Fort Nelson, the Sunday morning riders meet outside the entrance to the café – 100 metres or so away from the main road.

I expect to win the prize for the most complicated route of the year! Think figure of eight to the power of 4. It's 30.3 miles and undulating. Bikehike days it is dead flat all the way, but according to the 'Paddey rule of thumb' we will have 420 mtrs climbing, put it in perspective the ride to QE was 779.
