We meet outside Hambledon Parade on Hambledon Rd., Waterlooville opposite Falcon Inn at 8-45am for 9am start along shared pavement to Denmead Mead End Rd to Furzeley Rd to Southwick. Over the west end of Portsdown Hill, down 9 Elms Rd to North Fareham, along the cycleway alongside the A32 & minor road to Knowle. Mayles Lane to Wickham for coffee. Return on B2177 to Tyler Copse. Left on road to Denmead via Forest Rd & shared pavement to Falcon Inn. Route is about 32km.

About Waterlooville CCC rides

We have established a Community Cycling club for Waterlooville - a series of cycle rides in the Waterlooville area for people who are new to group riding or who haven't cycled for a while. All are circular routes in moderate terrain that avoid steep inclines but may include a steeper descent. As far as possible we will avoid busy roads. Routes are all less than 50km long (most substantially less). Our aim is to make cycling enjoyable, safe and welcoming for all.
