Map

The first tree ride of 2023 will be a short one, as the weather is so cold at present. We'll cycle from Bidbury, Bedhampton, to Northney Farm Tea Rooms, Hayling, at a modest pace, average of approx. 10mph. There will be four short pauses on route, as I aim to show riders an Indian Bean tree, Blackthorn, Hazel, Alder, Scots Pine and Magnolia.

Please bring your "i-spy trees" book and a pen with you, but leave your shillelagh at home!

We'll have elevenses at Northney Farm Tea Rooms, where you'll be able to write notes in your "i-spy trees" book, then we'll ride non-stop back to Bidbury.

This ride will be a repeat of the one on Wednesday, 15th March, for those who prefer a weekend ride.

About Pop-up rides

We have certain days when we try to organise regular rides. However, individual ride leaders can create pop-up rides for any day and time.

The small size of some pop-up rides means we might be unable to split a ride if you get into difficulties. We will do all we can to escort you back to the start point, but please be prepared to navigate yourself home or to call for support from a partner, relative or friend.
