A 53 mile circular ride from Rowlands Castle. The ride to elevenses will pass through South Harting, Rogate & Milland finishing at Liphook after 19 miles. The ride to lunch will pass through Fernhurst, Lickfold & Selham. The Lunch stop is the Unicorn Inn at Heyshott a distance of 15 miles. The final leg will be through Cocking, Singleton and Westbourne. I have described this as a moderate ride because the distances between stops are reasonable and there are only two hilly bits with a total ascent of 3000 ft. Please note the later start time.
