As its likely to be pretty chilly we won't be hanging about - speed at least that of a medium fast Wednesday ride. There will only be one stop and we should be back around 3pm

Starting in Havant we’ll ride straight to Alresford for late elevenses/early lunch, about 26 miles. We should be able to get takeaway coffee and snacks or bring your own, and eat by the station.

Outward route via West Meon, return via Kilmeston and Droxford. Distance Havant - Havant 52 miles.

Lights will be useful particularly if its dull.

Priority to PCTC members.

Bookings for this ride/event

Pop-up rides are invitation-only. We are operating under Government guidelines which dictate we must control the size of our rides. Do not attend a ride unless your name appears below or you have received an invite from the ride leader. You cannot assume that you are eligible to join a ride just because you asked to be added.

This ride cannot exceed 6 riders (including the ride leader).

This ride is currently full but we encourage you to ask to join the wait list. That will let the ride leader:

  • Find out the demand for that type of ride
  • Nominate you as a replacement if someone drops out
  • Arrange to split the ride if there is sufficient demand

About Pop-up rides

We have certain days when we try to organise regular rides. However, individual ride leaders can create pop-up rides for any day and time.

The small size of some pop-up rides means we might be unable to split a ride if you get into difficulties. We will do all we can to escort you back to the start point, but please be prepared to navigate yourself home or to call for support from a partner, relative or friend.
