Cycling UK has changed its year end and the window during which we are required to hold our AGM has moved with it. We will, however, be retaining the traditional PCTC year end (30th September) when it comes to awarding trophies.

The agenda is:

  • Apologies
  • President's address
  • Minutes of the 2019 AGM
  • Matters arising
  • Annual report
  • Statement of accounts
  • Election of officers

Minutes of the previous meeting are here. Links to copies of the proposed annual report and the statement of accounts are here.

In line with Cycling UK procedures, AOB had to reach Andy by 13th April. We will not be accepting AOB on the day.

Everyone is welcome to attend, but only full Cycling UK members have voting rights.

To participate fully, you'll need:

  • a PC, tablet or phone with a decent internet connection;
  • speakers or headphones; and
  • a microphone.

You don't need a Zoom account to join, but you can get a free one at zoom.us.

If you're unsure whether your device is up to it and whether it is configured correctly, you should check it out before the meeting: you can join a test meeting at zoom.us/test. The test asks you to speak a message which it plays back to you, testing both your microphone and playback device.

To join the AGM click this link just before it starts. You will be asked for a passcode, click here to log in to see it. Andy will have published the passcode and a link that doesn't need a passcode in the preceding update email. If you are not a PCTC member, contact us via the 'Contact us about this event' link above.

When not participating in discussion, please mute your microphone during the AGM so you don't disrupt it. Thanks.
