  • Matters arising
  • Annual report
  • Statement of accounts
  • Election of officers

The proposed annual report is here.

The audited accounts for 2021/22 are here.

We currently have one motion proposed by Andy Henderson on behalf of the committee:

The Honfleur trophy for the most enjoyable ride was originally donated for rides organised by the Havant section of Portsmouth DA (now Portsmouth CTC). We’ve since defined the eligible rides as ‘rides starting in Havant’ or ‘Wednesday and Saturday rides’. Following the COVID crisis and introduction of pop-up rides these definitions have lost their usefulness. The committee therefore propose to allow any ride organised by Portsmouth CTC to be a candidate for the Honfleur trophy.

The current committee posts and post holders are listed here.

This is the proposed new committee and current nominees:

Post Nominee
President John Rosbottom
Vice president Phil Beed
Secretary Andy Henderson
Assistant secretary Tricia Farnham
Treasurer Heather Mulgrew-Tonge
Campaigns, press & publicity Wilf Forrow
Rides secretary Joy Forrow
Cosham rides rep No nomination
New riders rep Martine Hebblethwaite
Magazine editor Martyn Roberts (pro tem)
Club night coordinator Joy Forrow
Safeguarding officer Phil Beed
Additional member Dee Warner

Nominations for any of the posts and additional motions must reach Andy Henderson by Wednesday 20th April. In line with Cycling UK policy, we will not be accepting motions after that date.

We'll be meeting via Zoom. To participate, you'll need:

  • a PC, tablet or phone with a decent internet connection;
  • speakers or headphones; and
  • a microphone.

You don't need a Zoom account to join, but you can get a free one at zoom.us.

If you're unsure whether your device is up to it and whether it is configured correctly, you should check it out before the presentation: you can join a test meeting at zoom.us/test. The test asks you to speak a message which it plays back to you, testing both your microphone and playback device.

To join the meeting click this link just before it starts. You will be asked for a passcode, click here to log in to see it. Andy will have published the passcode and a link that doesn't need a passcode in the preceding update email. If you are not a PCTC member, contact Joy via the 'Contact us about this event' link above.
