- Route grade: A - Demanding route
- Ride to elevenses grade: A - Demanding route
- A - Demanding route. Riders should already have experience of, and be prepared for distance, hills and, probably, both. E.g. Liss or Arundel via Houghton.
- B - Hilly route. Involves major hills. E.g. Sustainability Centre or Alresford.
- C - Moderate route. Not especially long or hilly (but will involve climbs and descents). E.g. Bishop's Waltham
- D - Flattish route. Might involve some hills, but not major ones. E.g. Chichester or West Wittering.
- E - Short, flat route. Easy route often designed for people new to group riding.

A fast and hilly ride, from Fishbourne, via Cowes to Yarmouth then cycle path to coffee near Freshwater. Lunch at Chale, then more hills including a lovely cycle path, tea at Havenstreet Station, and back to the ferry. 66 miles and 4k feet of descending.
We will meet in time to catch the 08.30 ferry from the Gunwharf ferry terminal.
About Tuesday rides
The Tuesday rides are typically 60-80 miles at a moderately fast pace while maintaining the social nature of the Saturday and Wednesday rides. The rides will start at various locations to be determined by the individual ride leader.
