Chichester Marina

We meet outside Napier Hall in London Road Horndean at 8-45am for a 9am start. The route is via the NCN link to Rowlands Castle, Woodberry Lane, Westbourne, Woodmanscote, Mount Pleasant, Fishbourne, across the A259 into a lane & then a reasonable off road section south to the Marina. The return either follow the route out or goes on Centurion Way to Mid Lavant & via Funtington, Westbourne & Rowlands Castle. Return its about 55km. There are several minor inclines but no very steep inclines. We should be back by about 1pm.

About Waterlooville CCC rides

We have established a Community Cycling club for Waterlooville - a series of cycle rides in the Waterlooville area for people who are new to group riding or who haven't cycled for a while. All are circular routes in moderate terrain that avoid steep inclines but may include a steeper descent. As far as possible we will avoid busy roads. Routes are all less than 50km long (most substantially less). Our aim is to make cycling enjoyable, safe and welcoming for all.
