Aldingbourne Christmas Lunch

Aldingbourne have kindly offered to host this year's PCTC annual Christmas Lunch. They've done a great job over the last few years so we're delighted to continue with them. All surpluses, after thier costs have been covered, go to the Aldingbourne Trust, an organisation which aims to help people with learning difficulties.

Although Aldingbourne offer a variety of lunch combinations we've decided to keep things simple, both for us tracking what each person has ordered, and Aldingbourne who have to make sure they deliver the right food choice to the right person.

So we're going with one simple option: a three course meal for  £33.50.

Please choose from the following:

Starters

1. Salmon - Smoked salmon with beetroot and vodka crème fraîche , or...
2. Soup - Chestnut roasted butternut squash and Bramley apple soup, served with harvest bloomer (vegan) *

Mains

1 .Turkey - Traditional roast turkey breast, pigs in blankets and homemade stuffing with a rich roast gravy *
2. Salmon - Bay-crumbed salmon with creamed spinach and wild mushrooms *
3. Vege - Roasted red pepper, beetroot and kale wellington with Puy lentil and hazelnut stuffing, served with a pink peppercorn gravy (vegan)

All dishes served with:
Roast potatoes
Broccoli with sautéed leeks and cranberries
Roasted parsnips & carrots

Desserts

1. Christmas Pudd - Homemade traditional Christmas pudding *
   Served with brandy sauce
2. Cheesecake - Snowball Cheesecake - all the fun of a Christmas classic
   in a pudding*
3. Choc Cake - Layers of chocolate cake and hazelnut mousse, covered with thick chocolate and chopped hazelnuts - best of all, plant based (vegan)

Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, can be purchased separately on the day.
