Friend has sent extract from Article in Melbourne Australia newspaper August 2016 ' Petersfield council has delayed opening 4km cyclepath for a year because final 18 metres will cost £500,000. Built on time , but now needs retaining wall that will cost $A 42,000/ meter to build.'
