Spike (David Hensley) . Pre- midge season he took the opportunity to ride the Scottish North Coast 500 mile road circuit (The NC500). This route traverses some of the most spectacular scenery in the UK photos of which he hopes to share. Spike, took the train to Inverness fully loaded with camping gear and met up with an ex PCTC member for the first few days and took a break at his daughter's half way, completing the route in 14 days with 9 on the bike.

About club nights
These take place on the second and fourth Thursday evenings of the month during the winter at the Bedhampton social hall, Bedhampton Road, Havant, PO9 3ES starting from 7.15 for 7.30pm. £2.50 entrance, including tea or coffee and biscuits.
