Our Annual General Meeting followed by a look back on the year in photos.

Draft minutes of the last meeting are here.

After the business at the AGM on Thursday 10th November, we’re planning another photo slideshow as a lightning roundup of all the things we’ve done this year. So please let us have your photos of CTC or related events throughout the year including Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Thursday evening and tandem rides, but particularly the special events such as the Cathedral Challenge, Winedown, Slindon weekend, Christmas lunch, wind-up, Barn dance, etc, etc.

Wilf Forrow has agreed to put these together and ideally the contributor will comment briefly at the time on when and where the photo was taken (If you really don’t want to speak, Joy will be happy to do this for you.)

Please get your photos to Wilf as soon as possible, so he can put them together. We recommend sharing them via Dropbox, Google drive, Google Photos, Flickr, or any Cloud service, so you don't fill his email inbox. If you store a lot of photos in the cloud, you can link to all of them in one go giving Wilf a wider choice, so he can ensure we don’t miss events. If you don’t know how to use cloud services, Wilf has prepared a simple guide here. But email will do if you can’t. Any questions, just email Wilf.

Note - Quality and construction of photos is not important (we have the photo competition for that) this is just to remember all the great things we’ve done this year.

Thanks.

We have had a lot of spam comments, so each comment now has to be moderated before it can be shown. It can therefore take some time before your comment appears. There is no delay, however, if you use the 'Contact us about this event' link. If your comment does not appear here after some time has elapsed, it is probably because it was deemed to be not of general interest.
