- No target pace (we will ride at speed of the slowest riders)
- A - Severe. Route has extreme elevation change, with both short and longer sustained climbs (e.g. Duncton Hill).
- B - Very hilly. Route has major elevation change, with longer sustained climbs (e.g. Harting Hill from the south).
- C - Hilly. Route is undulating with a number of short climbs involved (e.g. Havant to Bishop's Waltham).
- D - Gentle. Route has minor elevation change on gentle slopes (e.g. south coast cycle route to Chichester).
- E - Flat. Route has little or no elevation change (e.g. Portsea Island).

Map
A flat, easy paced (approx 3 hours, 18 mile) social ride, designed for those returning to cycling. Staying mainly on shared cycle paths and off road tracks with minimal road cycling. We will cycle along Farlington Marshes and join the Hayling Billy Trail before stopping at the Beach cafe on Hayling sea front where we can enjoy the views over a cup of coffee. Retracing our route, we will enjoy the views in the opposite direction as we return to Farlington Marshes.

This is a Return To Cycling (RTC) ride for new riders. The rides being offered in this series are a combination of off road, quiet roads and country lanes over different distances, with intention of building confidence to allow you to join the club rides that we offer. These rides are not open to existing club members.
