Map

Start time is now 9am. Lasham Garden Centre is closed (and boarded up) so we will head to Alton for lunch.

From Denmead we'll head across to Rowlands Castle, South Harting & then head North to Liphook stopping at Sainsburys café for coffee & cake.

From Liphook we continue to Holybourne, work up our appettite for lunch with a climb up Brockham Hill Lane, then drop down to Alton for Lunch at The Ivy House in Alton
a) It is possible to cut 6km and a big climb by going straight on in Holybourne instead of turning R into Church Lane
b) There are other pubs and cafes available in Alton for anyone not wanting to use Wetherspoons

From Alton we will return home via Chawton, Newton Valance, East Meon, Hambledon & back to Denmead.

It would be sensible to bring lights as the may be need for the last few Km.

About Tuesday rides

The Tuesday rides are typically 60-80 miles at a moderately fast pace while maintaining the social nature of the Saturday and Wednesday rides. The rides will start at various locations to be determined by the individual ride leader.
