Permanent Audaxes are routes that anyone can follow at any time of the year.

We should be nice and fit this far into the season so a great time to try our hands at a slightly longer ride with a time limit. We'll start at Denmead and ride together on a specified 200Km route, collecting receipts for our Brevet Cards as we go. For our rides to be validated we need to be back at Denmead within 14 hours (I usually complete 200Km events in 11 and I'm not an especially fast rider).

I'll publish more details nearer the time as we need to be sure all riders are up to the task. For those wanting something less demanding there may be an option to ride to the coffee stop then head home.

Start time for this ride will be 8am, aiming to get us home at a reasonable time.

About Tuesday rides

The Tuesday rides are typically 60-70 miles at a moderately fast pace while maintaining the social nature of the Saturday and Wednesday rides. The rides will start at locations closer to people coming from the west side of our area.
